SIGNATURE PASTA

 All of our signature pasta is made with Gilchesters Organic Semolina.

Made in small batches each week once your order is placed, pasta is naturally air dried for 36 hours once extruded before being packaged and sent out.

We do not pre make pasta to hold for sending out. Once your order is confirmed, your pasta is made and will be dispatched via post within five working days.
